Jiajin Tong is a lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Peking University. She got Ph. D in 2008 at Peking University. Her current research interests focus on Job burnout, stress reduce strategies and related mechanisms, Organizational Behaviors (e.g., incivility, ocb), Positive Psychology and Psychological Capital. In the field of research and practice, she has designed several evaluation center programs.
