The School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences at Peking University invites applications for multiple faculty positions in all areas of psychology. Positions are open at all ranks from assistant, associate to full professorship. Peking University is one of the top research universities in China. The IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research was recently established at Peking University and is hosted by the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences. Research facilities available include 3T MRI scanners, MEG system, TMS, tDCS, fNIRS, high-density EEG, eye-tracker, several fully equipped labs for cognitive psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, social psychology, clinical psychology and systems neuroscience. A 7T MRI scanner will be installed soon.
Applicants should have at least a Ph.D. at the time of appointment and show strong evidence of outstanding research achievement and potential. The School will provide a supportive and stimulating environment and an international competitive start-up package and salary to successful applicants. Successful applicants working in areas of brain and cognitive sciences may also obtain strong support from the IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research and the Center for Life Sciences.
