毕生发展过程中，每个人都会遇到大大小小的压力事件。经历困境之后，有的人出现了心理困扰，有的人心理健康未受影响，还有一部分人却变得更加积极乐观，体验更多幸福感。我们关注的问题是：心理疾病和积极心理健康何以形成？如何降低心理疾病发病率？如何促进积极心理健康？我们的研究对象包括但不限于婴幼儿、青少年、大学生、围产期女性、老年人和慢性病患者。我们结合质性访谈、问卷调查、行为实验、随机对照试验、人工智能技术、基因和生化指标，围绕特定人群的需求，开发精准高效的心理健康干预方案。近年来，课题组获得资助的科研项目如下：

• 母亲妊娠期抑郁对婴儿情绪调节的影响：行为、生理与表观遗传机制。国家自然科学基金面上项目，主持。
• 抗逆力视角下传染病患者的心理健康及干预研究。国家社会科学基金一般项目，主持。
• 艾滋病患者的心理健康及干预研究。国家精神心理疾病临床医学研究中心自主探索面上项目，主持。
• 女性产后的心理成长。北京大学兰园书院学术基金重点项目，主持。
• 青少年社交媒体成瘾的原因及其对策研究。行为与心理健康北京市重点实验室开放研究课题，主持。
• 跨文化视野下中德两国退休老年人的孤独感及其排解策略。北京大学国际战略合作伙伴项目基金，主持。
• 促进独居老年慢病患者的治疗依从行为：基于智能媒介的预实验。北京大学国际战略合作伙伴项目基金，主持。
• 疫情应对与干预：个体与群体机制和数码干预策略。北京大学社科部抗疫专项，参与。
